This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple scheduling priorities efficiently.Your Day-to-Day WorkBuild, monitor, and adjust daily and weekly provider schedules.Act as the primary point of contact for provider schedule coordination.Assign and manage the annual hospital call schedule, ensuring timely updates and distribution.Process provider time-off requests and adjust schedules accordingly.Create provider and non-provider daily patient schedule templates.Assign and track all scheduling-related tasks, including hospital, office, and administrative duties.Collaborate with managers to schedule physician meetings and coordinate onboarding for new providers.Maintain accurate scheduling records in EPIC and Qgenda.Environment and Shift DetailsThis is a full-time, fully remote position operating within a standard office environment, typically Monday through Friday. The role requires frequent communication via phone and email, as well as extensive computer-based work. Candidates must have a reliable home workspace and internet connection.
