Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.Billing: Generate and issue invoices to clients. Verify billing accuracy and resolve any billing-related issues. Collaborate with internal teams to obtain necessary billing information.Bank Reconciliations / Collections: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records. Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables, facilitating collections.Payroll Processing: Administer the end-to-end payroll process, including data entry, validation, and distribution of paychecks.Stay up-to-date on payroll regulations and compliance requirements.Invoicing: Prepare and submit invoices to clients in a timely manner. Coordinate with project managers and team leads to gather relevant invoicing information.RequirementsProven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar roleSolid understanding of accounting principles and practicesProficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, etc)Strong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesEffective communication skills, both written and verbalExperience working in a virtual or remote environment is a plusWillingness to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST).
