Senior-level works on complex migrations and integrations.What you'll doThe HubSpot Product Strategist is responsible for leading HubSpot implementations for clients of all sizes and industries. The ideal candidate will have strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills and experience with HubSpot's marketing, sales, and service products. The senior level will have experience with complex migrations and integration experience. Depending on skill level and experience, some HubSpot Product Strategists work on REVOPs retainer accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct research and discovery calls with clients to understand their needs and goalsCreate project plans and timelinesConduct regular customer calls to track progress and address any issuesProvide pre-call goals and resources to clientsFollow up with clients on the next stepsEvaluate customer tech stacks and recommend onboarding approachesDevelop plans for long-term success with HubSpotAdvise clients on HubSpot best practicesGuide clients through the initial HubSpot setupBuild strong client relationshipsTechnical Skills/Certifications needed*Marketing Software CertificationMarketing Hub Implementation CertificationSales Software CertificationSales Hub ImplementationService Software CertificationService Hub Admin CourseSalesforce IntegrationData IntegrationsPlatform Consulting*Rarely does anyone have ALL of these at first.
