We are hiring an HR Systems Support Analyst. Offer and Contract Details: - Rate/Fees: COP $3,200,000 (Min.) - $4,000,000 (Max.) / Monthly. - Contract Type: C2C (Freelance / Service Provider / Business-to-Business). - Time Commitment: Full-time. - Location: Barranquilla / Bogotá D.C., Colombia (On-site work, not remote). Required Profile: - Experience: 2 to 3 years in technical support for Human Resources platforms and systems (payroll, time and attendance, HR ERPs). - Key Skills: Adaptability and proactivity. - Meticulous attention to detail. - Technical troubleshooting and end-user support. Availability: - Shift: Monday to Friday (Business hours / Colombian time zone). Required Documents for Application: - Updated RUT (Taxpayer Identification Number) (Legal Entity or Individual with the corresponding tax regime). - Commercial or employment certifications that demonstrate experience in HR systems support.
