CareForward is hiring a Community Development Manager to connect volunteers and local partners with neighbors facing challenges across Washington, Russell, Smyth, and Grayson Counties.In this role, you’ll coordinate support requests on our platform, recruit and support volunteers, build relationships with community organizations, and help ensure timely help reaches those who need it. This full-time position is remote with regional travel (Washington, Russell, Smyth, Grayson) and pays $55,000–$61,000 per year with paid time off.Your work helps reduce isolation and stabilize households by making it easier for neighbors to show up for one another.
