We are seeking an experienced OpenText Media Management (OTMM) professional to design, implement, configure, and support enterprise Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with OTMM architecture, integrations, workflow customization, metadata management, and system administration.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure and administer OpenText Media Management (OTMM) environments.Design and implement Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions for enterprise customers.Develop and customize OTMM workflows, metadata models, categories, and taxonomies.Manage digital assets including images, videos, documents, and marketing content.Integrate OTMM with enterprise systems such as CMS, PIM, ERP, CRM, and eCommerce platforms.Perform OTMM upgrades, migrations, patches, and system maintenance.Troubleshoot OTMM application, performance, and integration issues.Configure user roles, permissions, security policies, and access controls.Develop APIs and custom integrations using REST/SOAP services.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement DAM best practices.Create technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge articles.Required SkillsStrong experience with OpenText Media Management (OTMM).Experience in Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms.Knowledge of OTMM architecture, metadata schema, taxonomy, and workflows.Experience with OTMM administration, configuration, and customization.Hands-on experience with: JavaHands-on experience with: JavaScriptHands-on experience with: REST APIsHands-on experience with: SOAP Web ServicesHands-on experience with: SQL DatabasesHands-on experience with: XML/XSLTExperience with OpenText Content Suite and Extended ECM integrations.Knowledge of Linux/Windows server administration.Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with OpenText Content Server.Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, and automation tools.Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud integrations.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
