The AI Automation Specialist will serve as the organization's internal AI and automation expert, helping teams leverage Claude Desktop Enterprise, workflow automation platforms, MCP integrations, and connected business systems to reduce manual work, improve reporting, automate dashboards, and increase operational efficiency. This role bridges business process improvement and technical execution, requiring deep fluency in modern AI tools, automation platforms, and business systems. OptimizationMeet with department leaders to understand current workflows, challenges, and opportunities for automation.Analyze existing business processes and identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and repetitive manual tasks.Recommend and implement AI-powered solutions that improve productivity and operational effectiveness.Create repeatable AI workflows that can be leveraged across multiple departments.Identify opportunities to automate reporting, dashboard creation, and spreadsheet-heavy internal processes.Claude & AI EnablementDesign, build, and maintain Claude Projects tailored to department-specific needs.Develop AI-assisted workflows, prompts, templates, and knowledge systems.Help teams leverage Claude Desktop Enterprise for reporting, analysis, documentation, content generation, and decision-making.Train and support employees on AI best practices and workflow adoption.Serve as the organization's internal subject matter expert on Claude capabilities, workflows, and AI-enabled productivity.Reporting & Analytics AutomationIdentify reporting processes currently requiring manual intervention and automate where possible.Streamline data collection, analysis, and report generation workflows.Build automated reporting solutions that reduce reliance on spreadsheets and repetitive manual tasks.Create dashboards and reporting systems that provide leadership with timely business insights.Improve reporting visibility, scalability, and operational efficiency across departments.Workflow Automation & Systems IntegrationDesign and implement automations using Zapier, Make.com, n8n, and related platforms.Connect business systems and applications to improve data flow and eliminate duplicate work.Develop workflows that integrate across Microsoft 365, Smartsheet, CRM platforms, financial systems, and other internal platforms.Monitor and maintain automation performance while continuously identifying opportunities for improvement.Configure and maintain MCP (Model Context Protocol) connections between Claude and business systems to enable seamless access to data, tools, and workflows.Identify opportunities to leverage MCP integrations to expand Claude's functionality across departments and business processes.Support workflow and data integrations involving HubSpot and comparable CRM platforms.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with Operations, Analytics, Marketing, Finance, and Executive Leadership teams.Gather requirements, prioritize projects, and communicate automation opportunities.Document processes, workflows, and automation solutions for long-term scalability.Act as an internal consultant helping departments maximize AI and automation capabilities.Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to drive adoption and long-term success of automation initiatives.Qualifications Experience3+ years of experience in business process automation, operations, systems management, business analysis, AI implementation, or a related field.Hands-on experience implementing AI-powered workflows within a business environment.Experience automating reporting processes, dashboards, and operational workflows.Experience working cross-functionally with multiple departments and stakeholders.Experience using automation platforms such as Zapier, Make.com, n8n, or similar tools.Hands-on experience with Claude Desktop Enterprise, MCP integrations, and connected business systems is strongly preferred.Qualifications SkillsDeep understanding of Claude Desktop Enterprise, including Projects, Artifacts, prompting, workflows, and MCP connections.Hands-on experience building automations using Zapier, Make.com, n8n, or similar automation platforms.Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.Ability to map business processes and translate requirements into automation solutions.Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.Experience configuring and managing MCP connections within Claude and integrating Claude with external systems, business applications, and data sources.Familiarity working with HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or comparable CRM platforms.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Business-minded problem solver who can independently identify opportunities for improvement.Self-starter who takes ownership of projects and
