Absentia Labs is hiring a GTM Engineer. Join an early-stage AI-native toxicology startup and serve as the operational backbone of growth efforts. This high-visibility role puts you at the center of company-building, managing systems, workflows, and day-to-day execution to keep external motion running — with direct exposure to founders and early GTM strategy.Tasks:Manage LinkedIn and X presence for the company and founders, drafting and publishing content across posts, blogs, and newsletters.Execute outbound campaigns and nurture sequences across email, LinkedIn, and content-driven channels.Manage CRM hygiene, pipeline tracking, and build dashboards for leadership visibility into outreach and meetings.Coordinate conference and event logistics, including attendee tracking and post-event follow-up.Support website content updates, messaging refreshes, and distribution of external communications.
