Are you looking for an internship in the VC or business space to explore your interest in entrepreneurship?Reapra offers a very unique internship that offers you an opportunity to support PR, marketing, and community building activities in Indonesia and be considered for our founder development program, Intensive Foundation Design (IFD).No prior work experience needed.About ReapraWe are a Venture Firm that focuses on founders first, not ideas. You should be self-driven and capable of taking initiative.Adaptability: Be comfortable without set tasks and willing to contribute across various functions, from 'sourcing' to marketing to admin tasks.No Experience Required: No minimal experience needed in these fields. Beginners are very welcome. While this is not strictly an "HR" role, a background in coaching, marketing, business psychology or PR could provide an added perspective but is not necessary.Responsibilities:Launching and maintaining PR and marketing campaigns to push Reapra's brand.Co-develop, execute and update new systems to increase quality of founder sourcing in and around IndonesiaOrganize events and meetings involving potential candidates in and around IndonesiaOwn and execute tasks to supplement new systemsStart and run your own communities with Reapra frameworks to increase awareness and generate interest in its approach to venture building.BenefitsArrangement: Full-Time (open to part-time arrangements on an exceptional basis)Start Date: ImmediatelyDuration: 1 month with potential opportunity to extend (or convert w/ entrepreneurial interest)Salary: Hourly at a rate of IDR1,500,000.00/Monthly. Equivalent to SGD~133.57Location: Primarily remote work with some in-person scope
