Requirements and responsibilities

Responsibilities: - Own the websites of a fast-growing American e-commerce brand. - Manage WooCommerce e-commerce platforms in production. - Utilize solid WordPress skills including product management, page building, plugin configuration, basic theme edits, and troubleshooting plugin/theme conflicts. - Work comfortably with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript, able to read and edit existing code, not just use page builders. - Possess working knowledge of Core Web Vitals to diagnose and improve site performance. - Possess working knowledge of Google Merchant Center for feed setup, disapprovals, and optimization. - Possess working knowledge of Klaviyo for building campaigns, managing flows, segmentation, and deliverability. - Utilize Canva or equivalent tools. - Comfortably triage technical customer issues with a CS team. Requirements: - Fluent English (written and spoken). - 4+ years managing WooCommerce e-commerce platforms in production. Bonus Skills: - Zendesk. - Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Amazon Ads. - Deeper Klaviyo (advanced flows, dynamic blocks, predictive analytics, SMS). - PageSpeed Insights / Lighthouse / CWV remediation patterns. - Spanish. - NetSuite or another ERP. - Celigo.
