Working remotely and entirely via phone, video, and digital channels, you’ll be the engine behind our North American growth. This role is ideal for a highly motivated SDR or early-career AE seeking challenge, growth, and real ownership.What you’ll be doingManage the full inside sales cycle—from inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting through product demos, negotiation, and close—entirely via phone, video, and emailDrive outbound pipeline generation through targeted outreach to enterprise accounts across North America, leveraging tools like Salesforce, Claude, and LinkedIn Sales NavigatorRespond to and qualify inbound inquiries quickly, ensuring a high-quality buyer experience from first contact through conversionOwn accurate pipeline data, activity logs, and forecasting in Salesforce; maintain a disciplined cadence of follow-up and pipeline hygieneBuild and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers by deeply understanding their business objectives and connecting Firework’s capabilities to their specific goalsPrepare and deliver compelling virtual presentations, product demos, and customized proposals tailored to each prospect’s needsPartner closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Integration Solutions to align on strategy and ensure a seamless customer experienceCollaborate with leadership to continuously refine sales processes, playbooks, and messaging for the North America marketWe’ll be excited if you have<1 year of full-cycle inside sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and quota targets; minimum 1 year as a top-performing SDRExperience managing both inbound and outbound motions in a SaaS or technology environmentComfort working remotely and selling entirely through digital channels (video calls, phone, email, chat)Passion for solution-based selling, consultative approaches, and complex sales methodologiesStrong technical aptitude with comfort leveraging AI tools and discussing APIs, SDKs, tag managers, and platform integrations at a conceptual levelExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences including executivesFamiliarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach or Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sales NavigatorComfortable with change in a high-growth environment; you have natural curiosity and adapt quickly to ambiguityStart-up mentality: team-oriented, empathetic, resilient, and hungry to growSpanish speaking a plusLocationThe role is remote and based in Mexico.Don’t hold backWe understand some candidates may see the above and not apply because they don’t meet all the qualifications.
