Responsibilities

• Lead a team which delivers on contract-based virtual training and ensures high-quality delivery to students and alumni • Deliver student outcomes and success leveraging direct resources and shared local/national resources • Develop and implement new training initiatives in response to contracted deliverables in collaboration with Per Scholas technical instruction leads and partners • Promote best practices execution and achievement of metrics established by Per Scholas and Partner Organizations • Foster continuous improvement for student onboarding, classroom efficacy, career readiness, and placement success focused on our students • Oversee instructional competencies and classroom effectiveness • Accountable for ensuring that training data is captured in Salesforce • Oversee and manage all internal and client-facing reporting requirements • Create stability and strong team rapport while remaining responsive to rapidly changing requirements and deliverables
