• Sales Strategy & Operations: • Set and execute an aggressive customer acquisition strategy to generate growth in revenue and new business. • Development and execution of a sound sales strategy that clearly aligns with the company’s objectives and marketing’s growth strategy. • Build rigorous sales cadences and pipeline routines to encourage predictability, accountability and accuracy. • Responsible for the complete sales pipeline, including the development of the sales playbook. • Coach and develop sales staff to achieve objectives while creating an empowered and accountable team culture that is fully aligned with the rest of the organization. • Identify team skill gaps and ensure constant learning and development. • Responsible for P&L management of revenue and direct contribution-related expenses • Take ownership, roll up your sleeves and get things done. • Monitor the assigned sales organization’s compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data, sales management to optimize the effectiveness of the firm’s technology investments. • Analytics: • Drive continuous improvement by utilizing OKRs and associated KPI's throughout all areas of responsibility. • Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance, focusing on sales performance, and use this data to drive decision making and direct tactical adjustments when necessary. • Business Planning: • Build measurable goals that help the organization understand the effectiveness of sales initiatives • Support the company's long-term goals while maintaining daily objectives. • Develop compensation and commission plans that help drive the sales team to achieve the company’s objectives.
