Requirements and responsibilities


• Grow a small Sales Operations team to a best in class team that can support a high growth SaaS company. • Partner with the CRO and sales/ marketing leaders to evaluate current GTM initiatives and drive cross functional alignment. • Develop and manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences to align management around sales performance & key performance indicators. • Partner with the CRO and sales leaders to drive accountability throughout the sales cycle & sales forecasting process. • Own fiscal year organizational optimization, including sales org roles, territories, target lists, and compensation planning. Identify gaps & capacity constraints. • Manage and support the sales Quarterly Business Review process and prepare the Quarterly Board Deck. • Pull reports from Salesforce and other tools to provide actionable insights. • Create models to identify gaps in pipeline coverage compared to our quarterly and annual targets. • Work within Salesforce.com and other sales tools: Clari, DiscoverOrg, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc. • Translate sales process requirements into the Salesforce.com platform to maintain the source of truth.
