We're #hiring our first Engineering Lead 🚀Syncra is an AI-native shift scheduling platform built specifically for independent emergency medicine groups. We're early, and that's the appeal: you'll own engineering end to end, architecture, product partnership, and the kind of building that only happens once at a company.This role is for someone who's detail-oriented (scheduling errors compound fast), AI-native but grounded, and drawn to hard constraint and optimization problems. You'll work in true partnership with leadership, and stay close to the physicians who actually use what you build.Stack: Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, shadcn/ui, Supabase, Python, Vercel.Remote role.
