Requirements and responsibilities

We are looking for a Cloud Administrator to manage, monitor, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud environments, ensuring system availability, performance, and security under an AMS service model.The role involves working closely with functional and technical teams to maintain stable operations and support ongoing enhancements.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and manage Oracle Fusion Cloud environments (ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM)Monitor system performance, availability, and healthManage user access, roles, and security configurationsPerform environment refresh, patching coordination, and release managementSupport integration components (OIC, APIs) from an admin perspectiveTroubleshoot system issues and support L2/L3 incidents within SLAHandle critical incidents (P1), including off-hours/on-call support when requiredCoordinate with Oracle and third-party vendors for issue resolutionSupport backup, recovery, and environment lifecycle managementParticipate in transition and knowledge transfer (KT) activitiesMaintain system and operational documentationRequirements6+ years of experience in cloud administration or Oracle system administrationExperience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud (SaaS)Strong understanding of: User security & role management; Environment lifecycle (refresh, cloning, patching); System monitoring and performance tuningFamiliarity with: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC); APIs and integration architecture; Experience in AMS/support model (L2/L3); Experience in transition/KT phase is an advantageOracle Cloud certification is a plusSkillsStrong troubleshooting and analytical skillsGood coordination and communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a teamLanguage RequirementGood English communication skills (both verbal and written) are mandatoryWorking ConditionsWilling to work aligned with UAE timezoneAble to support on-call/off-hours for critical incidents (P1)
