Responsibilities


Responsible for the development, implementation and oversight of all on-site Quality Process Audits, supporting LPS site management through the end-to-end audit procedure.Deliver strategic standardization initiatives for site services across Europe, through the deployment of quality process audits & other customer specific KPI protocols; propose changes based on audit results and guide local LPS management through all associated continuous improvement plans.Work closely with the on-site LPS team to ensure the quality and value proposition is understood & incorporated into the audit and Continuous Improvement plan; referencing site KPI/SLA requirements, as defined by the customer Scope of Work (SoW).Work with the Business, Analytics & Metrics (BAM) team to ensure site audit & metric data is maintained digitally & prioritizes customer focus.Major Duties & ResponsiblitiesQualityEnsure the performance of on-site engagement audit activities; assist lementation and verification of Lean / Continuous Improvement / Six Sigma processesManage the design and/or implementation of LPS audit projects, maintaining all project documentation and communicationsDesign and implement process validation, auditing & quality strategiesConduct or support process and quality audits and ensure compliance with all required company/industry standardsEnsure ongoing operational support for LPS services through Audit/Process deploymentIdentify best-in-class processes for LPS services and benchmark all services against optimal performanceMaintain focus on prioritizing Continuous Improvement and process quality assurance at locations with strongest customer impactSupport improvement initiatives and provide an effective feedback loop for issues impacting on-site performanceProvide consulting and recommendations to managers & the workforce regarding implementation of quality and process improvement initiatives.Schedule and facilitate discovery sessions, planning meetings; facilitate process improvement meetingsAudit & KPI StandardisationWork with the Business Analytics & Metrics (BAM) team to standardize process audits and KPI reporting, ensuring site service performance can be measured and calibrated across the European/Global LPS footprintInterrogate & validate KPI/Audit reporting, ensuring data is accurate and insights and recommendations remain customer focused and with an alignment to the SoW documentDrive and steer enhancements uring audit documents are contemporary and remain relevant to customer prioritiesData Support and Continuous Improvement:Responsible for conducting data collection and analysis to support process implementation, harmonization & improvement projects, supporting reductions in cost and complexity across LPS servicesInteract with Avantor Services leadership, field leadership and subject matter experts to develop solutions and site plans to improve process and financial performance by increasing productivity and efficiency, whilst enhancing customer experiencePrepare detailed plans to track site Audit plan performance and support the timely completion and achievement of plan deliverablesMetricsValidate accuracy of inventory metrics packages with Territory/Regional managers upon setupMonitor performance and improvement in key metricsHelp design new and innovative Metric/KPI Audit documentation for LPSSupport the delivery of any new Metric/KPI reports for LPS, working closely with relevant internal stakeholdersNew BusinessAssist with RFPs/RFIs/RFQsAssist in interviewing and assessing talent for large LPS engagementsQualification/ExperienceCollege degree required. BA or BS degree ance, or technical discipline from an accredited college or university strongly preferred5+ years of Lean Six Sigma and related experience preferredAbility to work successfully both independently and in a team environmentProven project management and process improvement skills including strong knowledge of lean and Six Sigma methodologiesMust be proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)Skills sonal computers (Excel) and spreadsheets are vitalInterpersonal and communication skills are critical.Demonstrated ability to create strong working relationships with othersAccuracy and thoroughness required & with great attention to detailAbility to lead the work of othersAbility to travel to customer sitesStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong presentation skillsAbility to gather, synthesize and analyze data and draw logical conclusionsStrong project management experienceWell organized and results-driven individualEnvironment ConditionsAlthough the associate primarily works in a home environment, whilst performing the duties of this role, the associate is exposed to many different customer environments.The associate may work near moving mechanical machinery and/or vehicles and the noise level in the work environment can be loud.The associate will typically work from home as a remote employee, but some travel to customer sites may be required.Travel expectations could be up to 25%, depending on business priorities.Work assignments are diversified. Examples of past precedent are used to resolve work problems.New alternatives may be developed to resolve new challenges.The hiring locations include Ireland, the UK, the Netherlands, and Portugal. Therefore, we are not restricted to a specific office location and can consider candidates from any of these countries.
