Responsibilities
What you’ll do:Manage emails, calls, and messages in Korean and EnglishSchedule meetings, appointments, and calendarsTranslate and proofread Korean-English documents and communicationsSupport Korean-speaking clients, partners, or candidatesPerform data entry, research, and reporting tasksAssist with social media/content coordination (as needed)Provide general administrative support and handle ad hoc tasksWhat we’re looking for:Fluent Korean (written & spoken) and proficient EnglishExperience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar roleExcellent organization and time-management skillsProficiency with Google Workspace, MS Office, Slack, Zoom, Trello/Asana, or similar toolsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionReliable internet connection and own equipment⭐ Nice to have:Experience supporting Australian clientsBackground in wholesale/business operationsFamiliarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
