This is a fast-paced, high-accountability role for someone who takes ownership seriously, communicates proactively, and doesn’t need to be chased for updates.You will sit at the intersection of data, creative strategy, and campaign execution — supporting campaign performance across assigned markets, producing analysis that drives real decisions, and serving as a key bridge between media buying, creative, and PR teams to keep everything moving without friction.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport campaign setup, A/B testing, and day-to-day execution in Meta Ads Manager as directed by the Senior Ads SpecialistConduct market-level performance analysis across assigned regions, surfacing patterns and flagging anomalies for reviewManage and maintain task cards across the media buying workflow, following up on cross-functional deliverables to ensure nothing falls through the cracksTrack creative performance, KOL ad rights timelines, and campaign scheduling proactively — no prompting requiredDraft creative briefs based on performance data, translating findings into structured direction for the video editor and graphic designerRun competitor audits across offer, creative, copy, and landing pages using the team's existing frameworksPrepare first-draft weekly performance narratives that organize data clearly for senior reviewCoordinate between media buying, creative, and PR/KOL teams on deliverable timelines and feedback loopsProactively flag issues and surface recommendations rather than waiting for directionPerform ad hoc tasks as needed, adapting quickly to shifting prioritiesWhat We’re Looking ForEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, or related field is a plus— but what truly matters is what you can build.
