You will serve as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the customer lifecycle — from discovery and evaluation through adoption, operational success, and expansion. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Professional Services, Customer Success, and GTM teams to help customers simplify operations, accelerate automation, improve strong networking and cloud expertise, we want to hear from you.What You’ll Do:Advise Customers on Infrastructure ModernizationLead consultative technical discovery sessions focused on infrastructure modernization, cloud transformation, operational automation, and resiliency initiativesAdvise enterprise customers on modern DDI architectures spanning hybrid, multi-cloud, and distributed environmentsHelp customers modernize legacy network services into API-driven, automated infrastructure platformsGuide customers on operational best practices for DNS, DHCP, IPAM, security integrations, automation, and orchestrationAlign technical recommendations to customer business priorities, operational outcomes, and strategic initiativesDeliver Business Value Through Technical EngagementsLead proof-of-value engagements focused on automation outcomes, operational efficiency, risk reduction, and infrastructure resiliencyDesign and position integrated solutions leveraging BlueCat technologies alongside cloud, security, orchestration, and integration platformsSupport customers with Infrastructure-as-Code strategies, automation frameworks, and API-driven integrationsDeliver technical workshops, executive presentations, and architecture reviews for both technical and business audiencesPartner with Customer Success and Professional Services teams to ensure successful transitions from evaluation through deployment, adoption, and expansionDrive Cross-Functional Collaboration and Market InfluenceCollaborate closely with Product Management, ExpertiseStrong understanding of enterprise networking, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and network infrastructure operationsExperience supporting enterprise hybrid and multi-cloud environmentsExperience with:DNS,
