I'm currently looking for an experienced Change & Communications Manager to support a global e-Invoicing transformation programme for a leading pharmaceutical organisation.You'll play a key role in driving organisational change across multiple countries, leading stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, change impact assessments, and training needs analysis to ensure a successful global rollout.Experience withChange Management within large transformation programmesStakeholder Management & Communication StrategyChange Impact AssessmentsTraining Needs Analysis (TNA)ERP/SAP or enterprise system implementationsFacilitating workshops and business readiness activitiesExperience within pharmaceuticals, life sciences, finance transformation, or e-Invoicing projects would be highly beneficial.📍 Location: Fully Remote⏰ Hours: 16–24 hours per week (part-time)
