Innovative Information Technologies India Limited is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment function.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Talent Acquisition team and hiring targets.Drive end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.Partner with hiring managers and business leaders on workforce requirements and handle senior, niche, and critical hiring independently.Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, negotiations, and onboarding.Track and improve hiring metrics such as Time-to-Hire, Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, Offer-to-Joining Ratio, and Source Effectiveness.Set team KPIs/KRAs and coach recruiters to improve productivity and quality.Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Drive candidate engagement and a positive candidate experience.Prepare recruitment dashboards and reports for management.What We’re Looking For7–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably in IT/Technology.Proven experience in technical recruitment and IT hiring.Prior experience managing or leading a recruitment team.Strong stakeholder and hiring-manager management skills.Excellent negotiation, communication, and candidate engagement abilities.Hands-on experience with ATS, recruitment dashboards, and hiring analytics.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.If you are passionate about building high-performing teams and driving impactful hiring outcomes, we’d love to hear from you!Interested candidates can share their CV at: deeksha.shetty@iitil.com
