If you have a solid grasp of accounting principles and love working with numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports, you might be exactly who we need.What You’ll Be Doing:Manage end-to-end accounting processes using QuickBooks OnlinePrepare financial statements and reportsConduct account reconciliations and ensure compliance with GAAPProcess accounts payable and receivable transactionsUtilize Excel for data analysis and reportingWhat We’re Looking For:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in accounting rolesProficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel (pivot tables, vlookups)Strong attention to detail and analytical skillsCPA certification (nice to have!)Experience in the medical field as an accountant/bookkeeper (nice to have!)Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)Available to start within 2 weeks from job offerTechnical Requirements:Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcamReliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outagesProficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google WorkspaceProficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel (pivot tables, vlookups)Why You’ll Love Working Here:💰 Competitive CompensationWe offer a monthly salary starting at PHP 60,000 - 70,000 per month, with flexibility for higher compensation based on your experience and qualifications.
