We're a growing, fast-paced consulting firm and offer a competitive compensation and benefits package with a fun, positive learning environment.Job DescriptionAs a Consultant, you will work under a Solutions Architect and assist in the configuration and deployment of solutions utilizing the Atlassian products:Assisting in integration and implementation with the use of Atlassian toolsIdentifying and presenting appropriate process improvementsCustomizing and administering Jira or other Atlassian softwareCollaborating with team membersContinuously striving to increase knowledge and generously sharing insightsDesign, develop and modify product add-ons and plug-ins based on functional and system requirementsEngage in client requirements gathering, process analysis, deployment, and user acceptance testingProvide documented guidance and recommendationsDeploy and manage complex implementations in staging and production environmentsAssist in and lead the configuration and testing of product implementationsWork independently on small to medium projects and assignmentsCommunicate openly with Solutions Architect on progress and status, escalating issues, and blockers in a timely manner to prevent or mitigate falloutSome travel is necessary to assist remote clients; most work completed remotelyRequirementsQualified applicants must be located in CanadaMinimum two years of experience in software or technology rolesBackground in hands-on software development, computer technology, or similar functions preferredExperience using or administering Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) or similarPolished and effective verbal and written communication skillsCollaborative and team-oriented working styleAmbitious and continuous learnerAvailable to travel and work in local and remote client locations as requiredAtlassian Certification(s) would be considered an assetOther CompetenciesEthics and Values – Adheres to a set of core values and beliefs during good times and bad, acts in line with those values.
