Tectonic Advisory Services Inc. is looking for an experienced Human Capital Management (HCM) Specialist for a remote healthcare-sector engagement. This role will support the configuration, optimization, and ongoing operation of enterprise Human Capital Management systems, with a primary focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.The successful candidate will work closely with product managers, HR, Payroll, operational stakeholders, and technical teams to support system stability, data integrity, workflow improvement, reporting, testing, and user adoption.Key areas of responsibility include:Configuring and maintaining Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modulesProviding advanced functional support and troubleshootingSupporting integrations with ERP, payroll, timekeeping, finance, and related systemsIdentifying opportunities for process improvement, automation, and self-serviceSupporting compliance, audit, privacy, and data governance requirementsDeveloping and supporting reporting using Oracle Fusion reporting tools and/or SQLParticipating in Oracle release testing, patches, and enhancementsDocumenting configurations, business rules, procedures, and support knowledgeProviding stakeholder engagement, training, and knowledge transferIdeal qualifications:3 to 5 years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise HCM systemsDemonstrated Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM experienceExperience with Compensation, Core HR, Recruitment, and/or Absence modules preferredExperience with system configuration, incident resolution, and ERP integrationsHealthcare, public sector, or unionized environment experience is an assetOracle Fusion Cloud HCM certification is strongly preferredPMP, CBAP, or ITIL certification would be considered an assetRole details:RemoteFull-time, 37.5 hours per weekASAP startOne-year term, with possibility of extensionHealthcare/public sector environmentInterested candidates should send their resume and availability to: resumes@tectoniconline.comPlease include "HCM Specialist" in the subject line of your email.
