Array partners with an extensive network of hospitals, health systems, community healthcare organizations, and payors to improve access and deliver the highest quality of care to patients.ABOUT THE ROLEThe Informatics Analyst is responsible for supporting the clinical and operational users within the organization by configuring, maintaining, and optimizing features within the Epic EHR to meet business and clinical needs. This position plays a key role in enhancing system adoption, usability, and data integrity while supporting the organization’s clinical, operational, and regulatory objectives.The Informatics Analyst will bring strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills and will work closely with clinical teams, operational stakeholders, IT partners, and leadership to support system and feature implementations, conduct testing, develop end-user training, and ensure system configurations align with organizational requirements and compliance standards.WHAT YOU’LL DOProvide ongoing application support to clinical and operational staff, troubleshooting issues and ensuring users have the necessary resources to provide optimal care to Array’s patients.Act as a liaison between IT and clinical/business teams to manage expectations and resolve issues.Work with team members to improve usability and adoption of Epic features, ensuring system stability.Conduct thorough testing of system configurations to ensure expected functionality, data integrity, and user satisfaction.Identify opportunities to enhance Epic functionality, promoting continuous improvement aligned with clinical and operational objectives.Provision and configure internal and external Epic users as needed.Stay up to date with Epic advancements and industry best practices in clinical informatics and EHR optimization.Coordinate with training teams to develop and deliver comprehensive end-user training on Epic workflows and features.Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to gather and interpret business and clinical requirements.Design and refine Epic workflows to improve clinical and operational efficiencies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.Configure Epic modules to support effective implementation and maximize systemWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORA bachelor’s degree in health informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required.Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare IT, with a focus on EHR implementation, support, and/or workflow optimization.Proven proficiency in Epic Ambulatory required. Epic Ambulatory certification strongly preferred.Experience in configuring or supporting any of these Epic areas helpful and preferred: Urgent Care, MyChart, Provider Finder, Epic Care Link, and/or hands-on Epic Video configuration.Proven experience in supporting and implementing Epic workflows.Knowledge of Epic functionality, customization options, and configuration processes.Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a healthcare informatics setting.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving results through collaboration and innovation.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interface with clinical, business, and IT stakeholders.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.Participate in the implementation of new service lines and application features, from initial requirements mapping to go-live and post-implementation support.Collaborate with users and analytics teams as needed to integrate system data with reporting tools, enabling data-driven decision-making.Actively contribute to discussions around future technology initiatives that may benefit the organization.Performs other duties as needed.POSITION LOGISTICSPosition is RemoteFull-time employmentOccasional travel for onsite team meetings, customer site visits, etc.Reports to the Director, InformaticsCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITSThe pay range for this role is $93,000 - $117,000 per year. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position using current market data.
