As the Full-stack Developer you will help lead the charge of the mission to turn big ideas into blazing realities. In this role, you won’t just write code, you’ll shape dreams, building custom apps that delight clients and advancing the AI tools that power magic. We’re searching for a curious learner, a bold challenger, and a collaborative spirit.Responsibilities:Designing and implementing AI internal tools to supercharge our processes and take the quality of our projects to new heights.Creating and maintaining REST APIs written in Python, Django, and Django Rest FrameworkBuilding and maintaining components in JavaScript and NextJS / React.Writing and maintaining unit and integration tests to ensure the quality of deliverables that turn clients into superfans.Implementing secure, robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.Collaborating with Product, other developers, and teams to meet challenging goals.Contributing to the company's culture and vision.RequirementsC1 English or equivalent3+ years of experience developing applications with React; experience with NextJS is a plus.3+ years of experience developing backend applications with Python; ideally using Django Rest.Hands-on experience with Docker, Docker Compose, and infrastructure as code solutions like Terraform.Hands-on experience with cloud services; ideally with AWS.Hands-on experience creating and maintaining unit and integration tests.Hands-on experience with Git and GitHub to contribute effectively to our projects.A curious mindset with a passion for learning and using new technologies.Natural leadership skills and a drive to win and learn quickly, both as an individual and as part of a team.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with high-growth startups.Experience building products using LLMs or LLM-based agents. Ideally using Langchain.Experience training AI models: building, cleaning datasets, setting up training pipelines, and evaluation benchmarks.Experience building code generation or editing solutions.A team-player mentality with a history of influencing and improving development processes.BenefitsCompensation: $7000 to $9000 USD/ monthlyPTO and Holidays
