They are growing fast and building a new infrastructure for employment, seeking experienced talent professionals to help achieve this goal.About the RoleA Senior Talent Sourcer is being hired to lead last-mile review across both inbound and outbound candidate pipelines. This individual will be the final filter before candidates get in front of clients—identifying strong profiles, spotting red flags, and ensuring quality and alignment with the role. The role involves using proprietary AI-powered tools to scale impact and collaborating directly with the clients served.This is not a coordination-heavy or inbox management role—the focus is on reviewing profiles with precision, prioritizing standout candidates, and guiding high-value outreach.
