Taekus is a profitable fintech and travel startup building a next-generation premium banking and rewards ecosystem for affluent customers. With $70M+ in annual revenue and $3B+ in annual transaction volume, we’re entering a new stage of growth focused on scaling our core banking systems, rewards infrastructure, and partner integrations.We’re seeking a Loyalty Partnerships Manager to source, structure, and manage strategic relationships with airline and hotel partners. This role will play a critical part in expanding and enhancing our rewards platform—ensuring our members have access to best-in-class redemption options and exclusive travel experiences.You’ll work closely with founders and cross-functional partners across partnerships, product, finance, and operations to build and scale a world-class loyalty network for a high-growth fintech platform.Your ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage relationships with airline and hotel loyalty partnersSource and develop new partnership opportunities across global travel providersSupport negotiation and structuring of partnership agreements, including commercial terms and integrationsCollaborate with product and engineering teams to launch and maintain partner integrationsManage ongoing partner performance, identifying opportunities to optimize value for both Taekus and partnersCoordinate marketing and promotional initiatives with partners to drive engagement and usageMonitor industry trends across airline and hotel loyalty programs to inform strategySupport expansion of Taekus’s global rewards ecosystemWhat We're Looking For5–10 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or loyalty programsExperience working with airline, hotel, or travel loyalty programs (or adjacent fintech/rewards platforms)Strong understanding of loyalty ecosystems, points economics, and partner structuresExperience negotiating and managing external partnershipsAbility to manage multiple partner relationships and initiatives simultaneouslyStrong communication and relationship management skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to evaluate partnership performanceBuilder mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-moving environmentYou’d Love This Job IfYou want to build and expand a premium global travel loyalty networkYou enjoy working directly with external partners and structuring strategic dealsYou’re excited to operate at the intersection of fintech, travel, and rewardsYou thrive in high-ownership roles with direct impact on company growthAbout TaekusTaekus is a 6-year-old luxury financial services company that offers travel rewards credit cards, debit cards, and other banking services for the affluent market.
