The ideal candidate possesses deep platform knowledge, exceptional trend awareness, and the ability to rapidly produce compelling content on topics such as news, humor, and culture for Hispanic Americans and Spanish-speaking audiences in a fast-paced environment.Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish and English, with fluency in both written and spoken communication. Candidates must be based in the United States.ResponsibilitiesTime Commitment & OutputDedicate 10-12 hours weekly with flexible schedulingParticipate in two 30-min weekly check-ins about the projectProduce and manage 10-15 posts per account for 1-2 accounts weekly across YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and InstagramContent DevelopmentSource, identify, and clip relevant video content from news outlets, cultural events, and social media platformsCraft platform-optimized captions and post copy that authentically represents each account's distinct voiceStrategically leverage our comprehensive content database including stories, videos, photos, CapCut templates, and trending soundsStrategy & AnalysisMonitor emerging platform trends and algorithm updates to continuously refine content approachTrack and analyze key performance metrics and audience engagement patternsCollaborationWork effectively with fellow Social Media Managers and Content leadershipContribute to cross-platform content initiatives and strategy discussionsVocal Media is committed to developing leaders, policies, and a team culture that embraces diversity and enhances equity.
