We are expanding our remote Call Center operations and are looking for driven, resilient, and highly motivated Outbound Sales Specialists to join our team. The Role: As an Outbound Sales Specialist, you will be the first point of contact between PMG and potential clients in Florida. Your primary goal is to conduct high-volume outbound calls to targeted homeowners, educate them about potential property damages, and successfully schedule a free property inspection for our field technicians. This is not a customer service role. This is a pure outbound, cold-calling position designed for closers who thrive on turning a "No" into a "Yes". Key Responsibilities: - Execute high-volume outbound calls using our dialing system to prospect lists in Florida. - Navigate and overcome objections effectively to qualify homeowners. - Secure and schedule qualified inspection appointments for the field technical team. - Accurately log all call outcomes, notes, and appointment details into the CRM. - Maintain a high level of energy, professionalism, and persistence throughout the shift. What We Are Looking For: Language: - Advanced or Native English (C1/C2). - You must be able to hold fluent, persuasive conversations with homeowners in the US. - Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus. Experience: - Proven experience in B2B or B2C outbound sales, cold calling, or appointment setting. - Experience in US Real Estate, Roofing, or Solar campaigns is highly preferred. Tech-Savvy: - Comfortable working with modern remote tools. - Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot) and cloud telephony (Aircall) is a big plus.
