If you have deep expertise in Epic's data structure and a passion for applying advanced analytics to operational challenges, this high-impact role is for you.This position demands a minimum of three years of clinical revenue cycle experience and a proven ability to leverage complex data to guide high-level business decisions.Your Non-Negotiable Requirements (Must-Haves):Epic Clarity Certification: Essential certification in the Epic Revenue Data Model (Clarity).Clinical Experience: 3+ years of clinical Revenue Cycle experience.Billing Expertise: Excellent understanding of Hospital Billing and Professional billing data.Analytical Stack Mastery: Demonstrated expertise with SQL, Crystal Reports, and Tableau.Data Modeling Acumen: Expertise with relational database concepts, data modeling, and OLAP technologies.What You Will Deliver:Reporting to the Director Analytics System, you will be crucial in moving our analytics function forward. Your focus will be on leveraging data science—including predictive and prescriptive analytics—to tackle high-value operational challenges such as denials management, AR optimization, and cash forecasting.
