Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, experienced, and client-oriented Sr. PM to help guide our eDiscovery Project Management group. This individual will help guide the daily activities of a team of project managers in executing discovery workflows, ensuring operational excellence, and serving as an escalation point for client matters. The ideal candidate brings deep technical and procedural understanding of the EDRM lifecycle, a proven ability to manage complex projects, and experience mentoring project management teams.Key Responsibilities:Help guide the eDiscovery Project Management team in day-to-day project delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfactionAct as a senior escalation point for project issues and client concernsHelp Implement best practices, standard operating procedures, and quality control measures across the PM groupCollaborate with sales, operations, forensics, and review teams to ensure seamless service deliveryProvide strategic input to improve workflows, technology usage, and client outcomesParticipate in client meetings, proposals, and project planning sessionsRequirementsRequired Qualifications:5+ years of experience in eDiscovery project managementExpert-level understanding of the EDRM model and litigation workflowsDeep hands-on experience with platforms such as Relativity, Reveal, or similar review toolsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, both client-facing and internalProven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teamsExceptional attention to detail, problem-solving, and prioritization skillsPreferred:Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Relativity Master, PMP, RCA, CEDS)Experience working in a fully remote environmentFamiliarity with analytics, TAR workflows, and advanced data processing toolsPrior experience interfacing with corporate legal departments or AmLaw firmsBenefitsCompensation & Benefits:100k to 150k BOE and bonus potentialComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with employer contributionGenerous PTO and paid holidaysFlexible work environmentProfessional development support
