We are seeking customer-focused and dependable Customer Care Representatives to join our growing remote team.In this role, you will support customers across phone, email, webchat, and social channels, helping resolve inquiries related to orders, billing, product information, returns, and general account support.We’re looking for strong communicators who can deliver professional, empathetic service while thriving in a fast-paced remote environment.
