Requirements and responsibilities


Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from a provided list or database. - Introduce and explain the company's products or services to prospective customers. - Engage in active listening to understand the customer's needs and provide relevant product information. - Answer questions, resolve objections, and address concerns in a professional and informative manner. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system. - Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas. - Follow up with customers who expressed interest but did not make a purchase during the initial call. - Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and market trends to effectively communicate benefits and advantages. - Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with qualified leads and opportunities for follow-up. - Participate in training and development sessions to improve communication and sales skills. Requirements: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential customers. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. - Target-driven with a results-oriented approach. - Self-motivated, energetic, and a positive attitude. - Adaptability and the ability to handle rejection professionally. - Good knowledge of the products or services offered by the company. - High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
