We are seeking one (1) detail-oriented, tech-savvy Bank Reconciliation Assistant to join our team. If you have strong core accounting knowledge, enjoy working independently, and are eager to leverage AI tools and automation, this role is for you.You will:Enter sales, inventory, and financial data accuratelyPerform bank and account reconciliations across multiple platformsApply accounting judgment to manage accruals, reversals, and discrepanciesUpdate customer/vendor information, process orders and invoices, and maintain product catalogsIdentify opportunities for workflow automation and process improvementCollaborate with team members and see tasks through to completionYou have:Proven experience in bank and account reconciliation rolesStrong understanding of debits/credits, accruals, and reversalsProficiency with data entry software and platformsExperience with NetSuite or another ERP system (strong asset)Experience using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT (strong asset)High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionClear, professional communication and strong time managementSchedule:Full-time | 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST (Ontario)Schedule subject to minor changes; final hours confirmed during interview🌍 Fully remote – #BruntWorkIsGlobalThis role may close at any time due to hiring or client changes—apply early to secure your chance.
