We’re Hiring | Senior Proposal Writer / Grant Writer – Remote Armaa Jerusalem Community Foundation is seeking an experienced Senior Proposal Writer / Grant Writer to support the development of high-quality funding proposals and donor submissions on a part-time or freelance basis. We are looking for a professional with strong experience in transforming project ideas and community needs into clear, compelling, and donor-aligned proposals in English. Key Responsibilities: * Develop full project proposals, concept notes, and donor applications * Structure project goals, outcomes, outputs, activities, indicators, and implementation plans * Contribute to logical frameworks and project budgets * Tailor proposals to donor priorities, guidelines, and funding requirements * Review and strengthen existing proposals and project documents * Conduct donor and funding opportunity research when needed * Coordinate remotely with the Armaa team during proposal development Required Qualifications: * Excellent professional English writing skills * Demonstrated experience in proposal writing, grant writing, or project development * Strong knowledge of NGO, humanitarian, development, or community-based programming * Experience preparing proposals for international donors, foundations, or NGOs * Strong understanding of results-based project design and logical frameworks * Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and deliver high-quality work * Knowledge of the Palestinian and Jerusalem context is an advantage Work Arrangement: Remote | Part-Time / Freelance
