About Melora Connect Melora Connect is a membership management platform for associations, chambers of commerce, societies, federations and other member-based organizations. We help these organizations manage their members, events, dues and communications, and we pair our software with a hands-on team that sets it up and keeps it running. About the role We're looking for a Marketing Graphic Designer to create visual content for our social media channels. You'll help us grow brand awareness, keep our visual identity consistent and keep a steady posting schedule on every platform. You'll report to our Marketing Manager. Responsibilities - Design regular social content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok and Bluesky - Help plan and keep a consistent posting calendar - Build and maintain on-brand templates for recurring post types: product features, tips, customer stories, events, announcements and quotes - Adapt designs to each platform's formats, including feed posts, stories, reels, banners and thumbnails - Create carousels, short animated posts and simple video edits - Keep a consistent look across all profiles, covers and pinned content - Review post performance and use what you learn to improve future designs Requirements - A portfolio that includes social media design work (student and personal projects are welcome) - Proficiency in Canva, Figma or Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) - A strong eye for layout, typography and brand consistency - Reliable about deadlines and posting schedules - Conversational English and clear written communication Nice to have - Motion graphics or short-form video editing - Experience with social media scheduling tools - B2B or SaaS marketing experience - Caption copywriting Details - Remote, open worldwide - Freelance contract, ongoing - 6 to 8 graphics per week - USD 20 per week
