This role offers a unique opportunity to work on exciting Oracle Fusion HCM projects, making a significant impact in organizations through your technical expertise.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement Oracle Fusion HCM projects, ensuring successful delivery and integration.Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation engagements, driving best practices.Develop HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, and OTBI for insightful analytics.Utilize HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Spreadsheet Loader (HSDL) for effective data management.Create and modify alerts using Alert Composer and develop Workflow Email Notification Templates.Implement Fast Formulas for complex calculations and invoke Fusion REST APIs for seamless operations.Qualifications & Skills8–15 years of overall experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Technical.Minimum of 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation engagements.Strong experience with BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, Fast Formulas, and REST APIs.Must possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills.📩 If you’re interested, please apply in the link with your updated CV at https://lnkd.in/eGDANDt4
