Under general direction, manage all aspects of work performed at third-party laboratories for assigned clinical trial projects. Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring sample processing, sample handling, and data delivery meet study requirements throughout the full study lifecycle.What You'll Be DoingAct as the primary liaison between external laboratories and internal project teams to coordinate study-level activitiesManage study startup, maintenance, and closeout activities including Work Order creation and executionEnsure accurate test information, pricing alignment, and metadata collection including test codes and specificationsOversee sample processing and sample handling activities to ensure compliance with study protocols and timelinesSupport data flow processes including data imports, query resolution, and collaboration with Data ManagementInvestigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and support CAPA development with internal and external stakeholdersProvide ongoing study support and contribute to financial reconciliation and invoice processingWhat We Are Looking ForBachelor's Degree in Life Sciences and/or related field preferred2-3 years of experience in clinical trials/ hospital-funded research, project management or laboratory environment preferredWorking knowledge of central laboratory operations including sample logistics, specimen storage, and data reportingProficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with centralized laboratory or clinical systemsOther Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degreeThe Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for This RoleStrong interpersonal and vendor management skills with the ability to build effective working relationshipsDemonstrated organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills with good command of the English languageWhat We Offer YouWe put our employees at the center of everything we do and are committed to providing them, and their families, with benefits that meet their diverse and changing needs.
