SEO Associate (remote internship, Latin America). Melora Connect is an association management software platform used by associations, chambers of commerce, professional societies and membership nonprofits. We are pre-launch and expect to go live in about 2-3 weeks, and we need to build organic visibility from the ground up. Responsibilities: own our organic search strategy end to end; run keyword and competitor research for the association management software category; map keywords to pages and build a content brief pipeline for our writers; handle on-page optimization including titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking and schema markup; run technical SEO audits covering site speed, crawlability, indexation, sitemaps and Core Web Vitals, and work with our developers on fixes; set up and maintain Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 and rank tracking, and report monthly on rankings, impressions, clicks and organic conversions; build ethical backlinks through outreach, directories, partnerships and digital PR; and optimize local and directory listings. Requirements: hands-on SEO experience with demonstrable results, fluency with Google Search Console and GA4, experience with an SEO tool such as Ahrefs, SEMrush or Moz, solid understanding of technical SEO, strong written English. Nice to have: B2B SaaS SEO experience, WordPress or HubSpot CMS, basic HTML and structured data. Remote, based in Latin America. This is an unpaid internship until we launch and start generating customer revenue to cover expenses and salary; compensation begins at that point.
