At Umrah Companions, AI now builds the first draft of the journey in seconds. But a draft isn't a journey. It takes an experienced Companion to listen, refine it, and make it right for that family.
That's the role.
We're hiring 8 work-from-home B2C Sales Consultants who:
✅ Have 2+ years building and selling Umrah packages
✅ Know Makkah and Madinah hotels, transfers and logistics inside out
✅ Speak English or Arabic (both is a big plus)
✅ Can turn a WhatsApp inquiry into a confirmed booking, with care
🕐 Shifts support our North American and European pilgrims: 8 hours a day, 6 days a week, aligned to their time zones (evening and night hours for candidates in Asia and the Middle East).
🌍 Open to candidates based in [Pakistan, Egypt, India, Bangladesh, Jordan, Morocco].
🏡 Fully remote. A great fit for experienced professionals, including women returning to work, who want a meaningful career from home.
What you get: base salary plus performance commission (top consultants nearly double their base), training on our AI planning tools, and a path to Team Lead within six months.
