About the Opportunity:
- Quali-T Virtual Staffing is expanding and hiring talented, motivated Virtual Assistants to support multiple roofing companies across the United States.
- We currently have several openings, primarily focused on administrative support, customer service, and daily business operations, along with an opportunity specifically focused on sales and outbound calling.
- We are looking for dependable, proactive individuals who communicate confidently, stay organized, and take ownership of their responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities – Administrative Positions:
- Manage spreadsheets, reports, and business information using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Organize and respond to emails and daily correspondence.
- Handle incoming calls, outbound calls, and customer follow-ups.
- Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and team members through WhatsApp, phone, and email.
- Assist with social media marketing and basic content management.
- Support scheduling, coordination, and general administrative operations.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Additional Opportunity – Roofing Sales:
- Making outbound calls to homeowners and potential customers.
- Following up with leads and interested prospects.
- Scheduling roofing inspections and estimates.
- Handling customer questions and objections professionally.
- Maintaining accurate lead and sales records.
- Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, or outbound calling is highly preferred for this position.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong email management and organizational skills.
- Experience with WhatsApp and professional business communication.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Confident, professional phone communication skills.
- Ability to handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Familiarity with social media marketing.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience working with construction companies, roofing contractors, or home service businesses is a strong advantage.
