Founding Team Member : SHOWCAZE Company: Showcaze Position: Founding Team Member Work mode: Remote Stage: Early-stage startup About Showcaze Showcaze is a visual-first job discovery platform designed to help creative professionals showcase their work and get discovered based on what they can actually create not just a traditional résumé. The Role We are looking for an ambitious, proactive Founding Team Member who wants to help build Showcase from the ground up. This is not a passive role. You will work closely with the founder on early-stage growth, creator acquisition and community building. What You’ll Work On * Finding and reaching out to potential creators and early users * Building relationships with creative professionals and students * Developing creator and community outreach strategies * Helping bring the first users onto the platform * Identifying opportunities for partnerships and collaborations * Contributing ideas to product development and growth * Helping shape the direction of Showcase as an early team member * Taking ownership of tasks rather than waiting for instructions Who We’re Looking For You may be a strong fit if you: * Are proactive and comfortable taking initiative * Can communicate confidently with people online * Are interested in startups, community building, creator platforms or digital products * Are comfortable with outreach and networking * Can work independently in an early-stage environment * Bring ideas rather than simply waiting for assigned tasks * Are genuinely excited about building something from an early stage IMPORTANT:Previous startup experience is not required.
