Hiring: AWS Connect Engineer Location: Parsippany, NJ — Hybrid Minimum 3 days onsite due to customer seating restrictions. Please note the customer may require 5 days onsite. Duration: 6 Months Experience: 10+ Years Work Authorization: No Green Card candidates Preference: Ex-TCS candidates preferred We are looking for an experienced AWS Connect Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Amazon Connect, AWS cloud services, contact-center architecture, telephony, integrations, and CI/CD automation. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop Amazon Connect contact flows Configure routing profiles, queues, and call-routing logic Build and integrate IVR / IVA solutions Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM platforms and external systems Develop serverless integrations using AWS services Troubleshoot telephony, call-quality, and routing issues Build monitoring, logging, analytics, and reporting solutions Implement infrastructure and deployments using IaC and DevOps pipelines Support security, encryption, IAM, and access-control requirements Prepare technical documentation and solution-design artifacts Required Skills: Strong hands-on Amazon Connect Contact flows and routing profiles AWS Lambda DynamoDB S3 CloudWatch Logs API Gateway Amazon Lex / chatbot integrations IVR / IVA and conversational design CRM integrations PSTN, SIP, DIDs, call routing, and call-quality troubleshooting Kinesis streaming and call-event logs AWS IAM, roles, policies, and encryption Terraform and/or CloudFormation CI/CD / DevOps pipelines Strong architecture, documentation, and communication skills Preferred / Added Advantage: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional AWS Certified Developer – Associate AI/ML exposure Amazon Contact Lens Sentiment analysis and contact-center analytics WFM / WFO tools such as Verint or NICE CloudWatch Insights AWS X-Ray Kinesis Redshift Athena QuickSight Important Submission Requirements: No Green Card candidates. If the candidate is not a U.S. Citizen, the submission must include the candidate’s Passport Number and I-94 along with the resume. Ex-TCS candidates preferred.
