Responsibilities
SEARADAR is a concierge service for skippers and captains.For six years, we have been coming up with new, out-of-the-box solutions on the market to give our customers the best service. We have ambitious plans and cosmic speeds, and achieving them is impossible without this position.That's why we're opening a position as a Financial Business Partner.Responsibilities:Manage document management tasks, including collecting invoices for both external and internal payments.Plan budgets on a monthly and quarterly basisPreparation of management reportingBuilding investment models and financial plans.Management of payments, receivables and payablesGenerate comprehensive reports for 2 legal entities (Lithuania and Portugal) and all counterparties.Management of a team ( of 2 people)Requirements:Proficient in English with experience in document management.Financial education and experience in the financial industry.Experience in report generation and payment processing in Europe.Knowledge of basic accounting principles (certification is a plus).Strong proficiency in Excel.Familiarity with SQL and database management skills are desirable.What we offer:Remote work - you can work from anywhere in the world;Opportunity for professional development and training;Participation in corporate trips - once a year, we organize a week of sailing experience for all employees of the company;Flexible calendar of holidays - our employees live in different countries, so we offer them the opportunity to form their own calendar of holidays.
