We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the team. This position is not remote. The role will be directly responsible for creating and updating reports in Magento BI and other data platforms, interpreting and standardizing data and business processes, building and maintaining new dashboards, resolving data and process discrepancies, and understanding the company’s systems and processes in order to build advanced reporting. Responsibilities: - Create and update reports in Magento BI and other data platforms that have root cause drill downs. - Interpret data standardize data and business processes - Build and maintain new dashboards to answer key business questions and deliver real time reporting with increased visibility - Resolve attribution and transaction, data, and process discrepancies as well as determine opportunities to automate, streamline, and standardize data or processes - Understand the company’s systems and processes in order to to be able to build advanced reporting that solves critical business needs - Gather, interpret, and analyze data - Define, track and monitor KPIs - Work with developers in transferring functional specs to technical specs - Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify, analyze, understand, and prioritize activities by business value and urgency - Perform other duties as assigned
