We are looking for a Senior Backend (Python/Django) Engineer to join our development team and play a vital role in driving new and improving existing features. As a developer at Web Factory, you will have the opportunity to make your own decisions and collaborate with a team that values trust, respect, and diversity. You will be working on end-to-end services for customers in various sectors, including FinTech, Healthcare, Hospitality, and Entertainment. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, experience in backend development, and proficiency in Python and Django. If you enjoy working in a collaborative environment and are passionate about creating products that people love to use, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Plan and define the direction of the technical solutions, including the system architecture, used tools and practices, and more. - Take ownership over individual functionality, design and implement APIs, and work on code quality improvements through refactoring, code reviews, and writing tests. - Provide guidance for less experienced engineers on your team and troubleshoot and debug applications to investigate and correct issues.
