The RealReal is seeking a full-time Driver (Curbside) to join their dynamic team. As a Driver, you will be responsible for handling consigned products, transporting them back to the Authentication Centers, and maintaining vehicle safety and efficiency. The role requires a self-motivated individual with strong customer service skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The expected hourly rate for this role is $21.50 - $21.50, and the company offers a comprehensive benefits package including group health insurance, 401K, paid time off, and more. Responsibilities: - Drive routes including store operations or curbside pick up - Operate and maintain company vehicles safely and efficiently - Maintain constant communication with management and dispatcher - Identify and escalate any problems that occur during the route - Handle all physical requirements for loading, transporting, and driving without assistance - Execute accurate and timely handling of pickups and drop offs - Follow all company inventory control procedures and prepare accurate paperwork and records - Assist with store operations as needed
