- Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.
- Make outbound calls to confirm or schedule appointments.

- Perform administrative tasks and data entry as assigned.
- Respond to email and chat inquiries as needed.
- Follow up with clients and escalate issues when necessary.
- Communicate clearly in both English and Spanish.

- Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or call center experience.
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and headset for clear audio.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Availability to work in U.S. time zones.
